Hi, I'm Myrthe. Type A personality, recovering high-achiever, and your guide for this breathwork experience.

10 years ago I had it all - ‘on paper’ - corporate career in Singapore, solid relationship, a future with a plan. And… I was deeply unfulfilled. So I left it all behind, rebuilt my life from the inside out, and found my way back to myself through inner work, somatic practices, and breathwork.

Then I got sick. Really sick.

Long Covid hit me hard - years of insomnia, brain fog, heart palpitations, zero energy, and a nervous system in complete chaos. I felt trapped in my own body with nowhere to go. Doctors didn't have answers. The usual outlets - exercise, movement - were off the table.

Then one random day, I put on a YouTube breathwork video with zero expectations.

And that one decision changed everything. My body finally released months of physical and emotional pain in one session. I committed to 30 days of daily practice - and that's where my healing began.

That experience is why I trained as a breathwork facilitator, and why breathwork is now such an important part of my coaching practice and yoga classes.
