You’re conscious enough to know that you shouldn’t rush through this in-between chapter and try to “fill the void” - you need to learn how to stay in it and be comfortable with the uncomfortable.

And you’re also conscious enough to know that some things won’t shift on their own.

Here’s how we’ll get you to finally make that 1 brave decision and feel good while doing it:

The Leap is part learning, part reflection, part embodiment, part gentle initiation.

Inside, you’ll receive:

Here’s what you’ll learn in the 3 main modules:

Module 1: why you feel lost and stuck in the “in-between”, normalizing this unknown space, and why most of us prefer to stay in our comfort zone (hint: it’s not your fault!)

Module 2: to find safety within yourself in the unknown by anchoring into your body when your mind spirals and to move through challenging emotions with curiosity instead of the need to control

Module 3: to integrate this sense of safety in your daily life and take intentional action that will move the needle forward, while feeling good (!) and how to actually feel confident in the unknown

That’s less than a fancy lunch out, but the relief is deep.

Hi, my name is Myrthe!

I'm the badass babe in all these pictures. I'm a Type A personality, Manifesting Generator, Aquarius, a go-getter, high achiever, passionate and driven… yet feminine and in my softer, slower, no-bra era. I’m a life coach, yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator since many years, after a decade in the corporate world.

I’ve created The Leap because I’ve lived it - many times.

Between identities.
Between countries.
Between relationships.
Between careers, health, and versions of myself.

I know how disorienting it feels when everything you used to rely on stops feeling “right.” How terrifying it is when you’ve outgrown your past - and the future is still a question mark.

I used to fill every silence with a plan. Every unknown with more action. It terrified me - so I tried to outthink it and just keep busy, so I didn’t have to feel the fear.

It wasn’t until I learned to hold myself in the in-between, that everything changed. I learned how to root down inside uncertainty - and how to be with fear without letting it run my life.

Now my life still changes - but I no longer lose myself when it does.

You won’t leave this experience with your whole life figured out.

But you wíll leave feeling steady. And when you’re steady, you move with courage.
