About Myrthe
Myrthe is a seasoned health & wellness expert and became so through her own experience. In a previous life, she used to be a corporate consultant, working 60+ hours a week, running around like a mad (wo)man on high heels and earning lots of money. But, she was stressed, suffering from several health issues and missing the purpose in her work.
She decided to swap her life around with 180 degrees 5 years ago and has been running her own business ever since. She has worked with many clients 1:1, in groups, in corporate environments and on retreats to teach them how to reconnect with themselves and nourish their body, mind and soul, so they can thrive in life. Next to her personal life experiences, Myrthe uses her extensive health practices toolkit to help you reach these goals, including nutrition, lifestyle, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, reiki and corporate wellness.
She is Dutch from origin but has lived in South East Asia for 5 years and calls Lisbon, Portugal home since 2020.
