I created this because I’ve lived it. And I’m living it again, right now, while going through another liminal space of growth in my personal life.
So, I’ve stood in the in-between, many times — between identities, countries, careers, health, versions of myself.
I know how disorienting it feels when everything you used to rely on stops working. How terrifying it can be when you know you’ve outgrown your past, but you have no idea what the future holds.
But I also know the quiet power that comes from learning to root inside that uncertainty. From learning to accept the difficult feelings of fear around the unknown, the new, the uncertainty.
So, Messy Middle Mastery is about that - making you feel comfortable in the discomfort of your changing life and sense of self.
