virtual yoga classes

Join me for weekly live and online yoga classes on Sundays from the ease of your own home to move your body mindfully, feel grounded and stay connected with your yoga community. A strong, but mindful vinyasa flow to get you right into the present moment, connected with your breath and body and energized for your day. Beginner and intermediate practitioners.

Yin Yoga

SUNDAYS (uneven) | 9AM CEST

Evening Yin class to ground, reconnect and feel calm and ready for a good night's sleep. We go deep into the connective tissue of our bodies, creating space physically and mentally. All levels.

what yoga means to me

Yoga to me means so many things: balance, peace of mind, feeling my body, awareness, presence, love, softness, releasing, growth. My biggest lesson was to learn how to bring yoga off the mat and practice it in my daily life as well: in the way I work, connect with the people around me and take care of myself.

Teaching for me is a way to express myself, reflect, share and grow. It’s unbelievable how much I learn every time I step onto the mat as a teacher, not just as a student.

If you think that yogis are weird spiritual people who walk on water, that ain’t me. I believe myself to be quite down to earth (my Dutch upbringings definitely play a part here). I think that’s what makes me relatable for a lot of my students: I’m one of them. Just another girl, who knows the ‘real’ world and loves a beer and a gym session just as much as a green juice and a yoga class.

my teaching style

My teaching style is dynamic, energetic, inspired, mindful, positive and I definitely make you laugh at least 3 times during practice.

I create a feel-good and safe space to practice in, both physically and mentally so you can grow and become the best version of yourself. I challenge you, but with love, patience and kindness. Teaching you how to listen to your own body and step off the mat a better person than before.

I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Meditation.
